This blog has been put together on Blogger. Most of the information contained herein is for creating a new site here in Blogger. Although I am undecided, at this point, as to where I will fully move my domain name and new site, I do feel that this will be one of the most versatile platforms to be able to fully edit my site's visual design, there are a lot of other options. Other than Blogger the three most common sites for creating a free site are Wix, Weebly, and Yola. I haven't messed with Yola much at all. Wix is a good place for creating a flash website, but from my current understanding, only the first page will be indexed by search engines because they can't follow links inside flash content. Weebly is a good site with a lot of existing templates to choose from. Each of the templates is fully customizable with the editing of HTML and CSS, but that can be troublesome if you aren't familiar with coding. However, you can create a site there in almost no time at all. You will need to play around with the different platforms and see which is the best option for you and the needs of your web presence.
